Membership is open to all interested in the Fiat X1/9 and Bertone X1/9 models, no matter whether it's in standard guise or modified form.

Fancy Karting in Wales?

This year's Karting event will be held at Hereford Raceway, in Weobley, Herefordshire on 7th / 8th July 2012. This is an excellent day/weekend out and there are five X1/9s confirmed to attend already. Expect bbqs, charging through the Welsh mountains and plently of pub stops. Feel free to contact me for more details. The quality of the track and twin-engined karts are simply superb. Weobley is 40 minutes away from Junction 7 of the M5 (Worcester) and on the border of Wales.

Owing to a last minute cancellation due to ill health, the family room at the Dalesbridge has become available.
The accomodation comprises 2 twin beds and 2 bunk beds, colour tv, tea and coffee making facilities. We can offer this at £230 for 4 people, to include 2 nights accomodation and full english breakfast, Friday night BBQ and Saturday night Hog Roast and live band, a saving of 50%.

One of the benefits of being a Club Members is the availability of technical information. As a member, you get access to our Faults and Fixes Forum which contains hundreds of posts going back a number of years. If you have a technical problem or question, there is a good chance you will find the answer here. Remember, this forum is only available to members.
Also, we have a large number of technical articles in the members area of the site. These can be found under the "X1/9 info" menu (you must be logged on and a current member to see this).
New Wiring Diagrams Available - Steve Sharpe has been busy producing some new wiring diagrams. Not all models are currently covered, but diagrams are available for 1979, 1980-1982 and 1985 onwards. A big thanks to Steve for these - please add some comments to the article to show your appreciation. These are available in the Technical Information section under the X1/9 info menu or click here (this link will only work for logged on Club members).

It was a good day at Brooklands despite the cold weather and occasional shower. Gates opened at 8:30am for the early risers and by 10am there were six X-1/9s parked in the club area (well done to Olly for grabbing a great pitch up on the banking!).

Bertone's latest design masterpiece, the Nuccio (named after Giuseppe "Nuccio" Bertone) has been making a stir at the Geneva motor show in March this year and more recently at the Beijing Motor Show. In fact a Chinese collector has taken such a shine to the car that they are in negotiations with Bertone to buy it for a cool $2.7 million.
