NATIONAL EVENT 2010
A message from Les, who is kindly organising this year's event...

OK guys and gals, a little over six months prior to our NATIONAL weekend in the Lake District. Due to the area enjoying the highest ever visitor numbers its important we secure our base and accommodation.

I have secured Group accommodation at Lakeland Leisure Park near Grange Over Sands. Details can be found here.

Static Caravans & Camping (Real Campers)
I have secured a group discount at least 5% but may be more depending on early Booking etc. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.

The site has great facilities including disabled amenities. Bookings must be made direct on the Group Booking Phone line 0871 230 1911 Quoting Ref 61622- NO WEB BOOKINGS PLEASE

Prices start at approx £155 for the minimum 3 nights in a standard Static. More superior vans are available and these will be subject to our secured discounted rate. Camping rates are from approx £25 for two nights and subject to discount rate.

The full itinerary will be confirmed shortly but principally will be as follows:

Friday 10 Sept: Arrive at Lakeland and settle into your accomodation of choice. Bar and food facilities available on site.
Saturday 11 September: Scenic drive across the Lakes with stop off for food etc TBC Saturday Evening Meal at a local venue TBC.
Sunday 12 September: Morning drive and then drive to our chosen Venue for our Show day TBC
Sunday Evening: Back to site to enjoy on site amenities. Leave for home if required.
I've a lot to think about because the area has some great drives and visitor attractions. I'd appreciate it if you can consider getting yourselves booked in because this site is very popular and particularly the statics get booked up very quickly.
