Shipping Postage is free for UK orders and is calculated on a per item basis for European and Worldwide orders. If you are ordering a large number of items from overseas, please contact regalia@x1-9ownersclub.org.uk to negotiate a postage discount. Any agreed postage reduction will be re-credited to your PayPal or Credit Card account on completion of the order.
Delivery Times
While every attempt will be made to fulfil your order as soon as possible, certain items are ordered from suppliers on demand and, as a result, take longer to deliver. In general, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will endeavour to keep you informed of the progress of your order should a delay be encountered.
Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened and in resale condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred.
Damaged/Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will refund the cost of the order including postage costs (and postage costs of returning the item(s) to us.
We check all items returned and if they are not found to be damaged/defective, or have been deliberately damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and claim any relevant expenses from you.
Lost in Post
The X1/9 Owners' Club Regalia shop accepts no responsibility for any order which is lost in post for which insurance was not purchased. We will provide proof of postage in such an instance, which you can use to claim back some or all of your losses from the delivery company.
We may, as a gesture of goodwill, choose to send a replacement order in such circumstances and claim back any losses we have incurred, but this will be decided on a case by case basis and this is decided at our discretion. If an order is lost as a result of your actions, such as incorrect delivery address, failure to accept the delivery or other error, we accept absolutely no responsibility and you may be required to take the case up with the delivery company yourself. Royal Mail requires that you allow them up to 15 working days for delivery before a parcel can be declared lost in post. Other couriers may have different policies concerning lost/delayed/damaged packages which you should look up before making a claim.
