I just Love the early 1300 lines & Look - I got a replica front lower spoiler from matt at Midwest in the US.

Nice , but you could have saved on the postage costs. I had a mould constructed from what must have been the last bertone spoiler by smith and deakin in Worcester. They can knock good quality ones out.

Yes now that I'm loving. Was there a lot of bodywork to smooth out?

The back end's easy after you hack-out the bumper tubes... The front can become complex depending on how far you want to go?

Would be good to meet up of you are in the region. I have two X1/9's one on the road and one off being restored!

Happy to give any advice and or tips or tricks I have learnt over the last couple of years and wield a spanner if you need some help.

I have a friend as well (not sure if he is still in the Club) that lives in Colchester. He has been inactive this year after moving house but we had a couple of runs out the year before. So at least that's three of us in fairly close proximity...
