X1/9 convoy to Brooklands May 4th

Hi, assuming the weather is dry I'll be there, can I just check on where the X1/9s will be gathering? The banking?

I’m hoping to be there, I’m just recovering from an operation so not bought tickets yet but fingers crossed will be ok by Saturday. Will be good to meet members as I’m still new!

My car is now ready for the trip. Nick and I will be leaving 630am from Herefordshire in 2 X19s, heading to Banbury via Stratford to meet with Richard Priest and then heading south down the M40 from there with an ETA of 930am. Let me know if you would like our live tracking link to meet up at any point during the journey. I have messaged Phil Ward to say we estimate 10 cars. We will pay at the gates.

I don't have my wheels back from re-refurbishment for my X1/9 so I will be taking my Fiat Coupe. We will be on the finishing straight, so drop by and have a chat.

I hope you all had a good time. My car is still in north wales so couldn’t attend. I was in work though this afternoon just over the other side of the m25 and it hailed at about 3pm!

Yes it did indeed, a quick dive for cover needed , fortunately only yards away.

The rain caught us up on the M25....with the roof down! Surprisingly we didn’t get too wet at all as long as we kept moving...
