Yes I had seen your car for sale, it looks in lovely condition. I’m afraid the best I could reach is 6.5k which I imagine is still below what you’re wanting. I’ve know Nick for several years so I’m sure your car runs beautifully as Nick knows x1/9s better than anyone!
Not sure if you are still after a car? I have a late 1500 Grand Finale in blue. Bodywork in very good condition, evidence of Ziebart process, had an MOT a few years back and bodywork reported really good by tester, had a hot starting problem, never fully resolved and has now sat for a while and does not start as carb needs an overhaul and brakes freeing off, I`m based near Maidenhead if it`s of any interest to you?
